Project One:  A panel designed to control a carbon fiber laminating machine.

• Machine control via Programmable Logic Controller and remote terminal blocks.
• Servo motor control using two servo drives fiber optically coupled to PLC.
• Two zones of ramp/soak heat control using Watlow F4 Controls and SCR's.
• Each zone of temperature protected with Watlow Limit Controls
• Each zone of temperature control contained four cartridge heaters, with current switch feedback and visual current light indication for operation, terminated into twist-lock receptacles.
